HOUSE IN THE VILLAGE "OKHTA PARK"

Concept development. Installation and commissioning of the automation system. Designing. Inside the 650 m2 house and in the surrounding area.

MANAGEMENT

In this project, we performed all the work related to electrical power and low-current networks. The Smart Home system is implemented on the basis of the KNX protocol, control panels of the German brand Berker are used, the individual interface of the mobile application is developed on the basis of the iRidium platform.

The automation system provides control of lighting and curtains — all groups can be controlled from a tablet or smartphone, including dimming and selecting the color of the backlight. Light scenes are actively used. Zonal climate control allows you to adjust the indoor temperature from wall panels or from the app.

Security and fire alarm systems, perimeter security, intercom, video surveillance, leak control are installed. They can be monitored from a tablet or smartphone. Besides, feedback in the mobile app allows you to always know what is happening in the house.

AUTOMATION HAS BECOME A NATURAL PART OF A MODERN, STYLISH, FUNCTIONAL AND VERY COMFORTABLE HOME

At this facility, we overcame all the way from an idea to a full implementation. The first versions of the project were ready when the house was still under construction, and commissioning was completed when the owners already lived there. We consider this house one of our best projects not only in terms of complexity and fullness of the automation system, but also in terms of convenience, efficiency and logic of its construction. And the architectural project, authored by Arch Side Studio, won the second place in the “Country House and Townhouse” category of the ADD Awards in 2017.
